本機主要用于平面式口罩自動成型：整卷布料放卷后經(jīng)過滾輪驅(qū)動，布料通 過自動折邊、包邊；鼻梁條整卷牽引開卷，定長裁切后導入至包邊布料中，雙邊 通過超聲焊接至封口，再經(jīng)過超聲側(cè)向封口，通過切刀裁切成型；通過流水線將 口罩輸送至兩個口罩耳帶熔接工位，通過超聲焊接最終口罩成型；當口罩制成后， 通過流水線輸送至平帶線收集。
This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of flat face mask: the whole roll of cloth is driven by roller after unwinding, and the cloth is folded and wrapped automatically; the nose beam is pulled and uncoiled by the whole roll, cut to a fixed length and then imported into the wrapped cloth, and the two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, and then sealed laterally by ultrasonic, and then cut and formed by cutter; the cloth is wrapped by assembly line The mask is delivered to two mask ear belt welding stations, and finally formed by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, it is delivered to the flat belt line through the assembly line for collection.
